The Mews Apartment is let to a maximum of two persons.
£100 per week non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking
The balance must be paid no less than 6 weeks before arrival.
If a booking is cancelled 42 days or more before arrival date then a charge of £100 will be due i.e. your deposit.
If a booking is cancelled less than 42 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking will be made. If the booking period is successfully relet for all or part of the contract a refund may be offered.
No smoking or vaping within the property. If you are known to be smoking or vaping you will be asked to leave immediately and will be surcharged £150 for deep cleaning.
The Mews Apartment is available from 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on morning of departure.
We understand accidents and spills can happen. Please let us know as soon as possible so that we have the best possible chance of rectifying the situation.
You are responsible for any damages / breakages within property that occurs during your tenure. You must report this to us as soon as possible.
The Mews Apartment will have been carefully prepared for your arrival and we expect you to leave it in like condition. You should take particular care not to leave dirty dishes and make sure that you have put your rubbish / recycling in the appropriate bins. We reserve the right to make an extra charge for cleaning if the apartment is left unduly dirty.
We respectfully suggest you take out suitable holiday insurance to cover you in the event of cancellation.
